La realizzazione di questi "complessi pezzi
meccanici" viene curata sin dalla progettazione direttamente dalla nostra azienda. Se
inesistente, viene costruita la modellazione adatta per fonderia; naturalmente se il
disegno č del cliente, viene rispettato quanto richiesto nel progetto fornito. La
produzione comprende inoltre eliche per agitatori industriali per liquidi e chimici.
Ogni elica sia di piccole che di grandi dimensioni viene trattata allo stesso modo, con
riguardo alla Divisione della stessa e alla egualitā delle diverse pale fra loro.
Il bilanciamento: fase ultima e molto importante della lavorazione dell'elica, viene
eseguita prima staticamente e poi dinamicamente (mediante bilanciatrice elettronica). A
qualsiasi elica di nostra produzione viene riservato questo trattamento anche se non
richiesto specificatamente dal committente...
Le principali Materie Prime, usate per la costruzione di eliche sono:
OTS2 - detto Bronzo "al manganese", con carico di rottura R 480N/mmq. ed un
Allungamento A 20%.
NIBRAL - detto Bronzo "all'alluminio", (Nichel-Bronzo-Alluminio) molto
resistente e tenace con Carico di rottura R 590mmq. ed un allungamento A 16%.
ACCIAIO INOX. AISI 304 o 316 adatto per chi ha problemi di corrosione e/o correnti
galvaniche per diversitā di materiali impiegati nella costruzione degli scafi.
Inoltre
si possono impiegare altri materiali desiderati dal cliente. |
Our firm takes care of the realization of these
"complex pieces" since their planning; if do not exist we manufacture
modellation, and if the customer proposes a drawing, we respect his project.
Besides, the production includes propellers for industrial stirrers for liquids and
chemicals.
Every propeller, either small or big, is treated in the same way whith regard to its
division and to the equality of the blades.
Last but not least, the balancing which is the last working stage of the propeller, is
carried out statically first, then dynamically (by an electronic balancer).
This treating is given to any screw of our production even if it is not specifically
required by the customer.
The main raw materials used for the building of our propellers and other items are:
OTS2 - called "Manganese Bronze". It is characterized by a tensile strength R
480N/mmq. and a Elongation A 20%.
NIBRAL - called "Aluminium Bronze", (Nichel-Bronze-Alluminium),it is extramely
tough and strong. It is characterized by a tensile strength R 590mmq. and by a Elongation
A 16%.
STAINLESS STEEL: AISI 304 o 316. It is fit for those who have to face problems of
corrosion and/or galvanic currents of the material used for the buIlding of the boat.
However
we can use other materials if the customer wants it. |
